Do I need to be technical?+
No coding is needed to create an employee, link WhatsApp or describe a job. Setup uses simple conversations. Unfamiliar software and live deployments still need a careful first run with the right access.
Will it work on my Windows PC?+
DigiKarmi is built for 64-bit Windows PCs, with an Apple silicon Mac version too. Desktop work runs on that computer, so it needs to stay on, connected and signed in. We’ll check your exact PC and software during setup.
Can it use my billing software?+
With your permission, it can use screenshots, mouse, keyboard and commands to operate software without an API. Every billing application is different. We’ll validate your workflow with sample data before relying on it for real bills.
How do WhatsApp and permissions work?+
You link a WhatsApp number and decide who can instruct the employee and which groups it can reply to. This currently uses an experimental linked-device connection, not an official Meta Business API integration. Platform changes can affect it. PC access is off until you enable it; ordinary customer messages cannot grant that access.
Can I use my own AI subscription?+
The guided setup connects your own Claude subscription through the official Claude Code sign-in. Your provider’s limits and charges still apply. DigiKarmi licensing is separate; we don’t promise unlimited AI usage.
What happens after I contact sales?+
We discuss the work, confirm the scope and share a proposal. Once the sale is complete, your account receives a licence for the agreed employees, computers and duration. You can then generate an activation key and download your installer.
Where does my data go?+
Your workspace and connected project files remain on your PC. Relevant messages, selected code and task results are sent to your chosen AI provider when needed. Account details and licence records are stored by the DigiKarmi account service. Read the data overview.
