Your workspace, explained.

Your website account

We store the email address, business name, a salted password hash, account sessions, setup requests and licence records you create. Licence records include computer identifiers, last renewal times and employee allocations. They let us provide access, enforce the agreed licence limits and support your account.

The account service also keeps a record of administrative sales and recovery actions. Access keys and passwords are not published in those records. Essential cookies keep you signed in; this site does not include advertising trackers.

Your computer workspace

DigiKarmi stores employee settings, conversation history, approvals, connected project context and task records on your computer. WhatsApp linking uses a local browser profile. App-managed secrets use the operating system’s secure storage in packaged desktop installations.

When you ask an employee to work, relevant messages, business context, selected source files, screenshots or command results may be sent to your chosen AI provider. Its own terms and data practices apply. Your Claude password and login token are handled by the original Claude Code sign-in flow, not entered into this website.

Connected projects

Choosing a folder creates a bounded, read-only scan of eligible text files. Starting the AI review sends selected content to your connected provider. Common secret files, generated folders and symbolic links are excluded, and recognizable secrets are redacted. Detection is not exhaustive: review the file list and avoid connecting folders with sensitive material you do not want processed.

Approved project summaries are used for the assigned employees’ owner-approved computer tasks. Choosing a folder does not itself execute code or authorize a deployment.

Contacting sales

The Contact sales form prepares a WhatsApp message to Akshat at +91 95400 14357. You decide whether to send it in WhatsApp. Signed-in setup requests are saved in the account service so the DigiKarmi sales owner can respond and manage your setup.

Your choices and support

You can pause employees, revoke computer access, disconnect projects and release licensed computers. Existing offline licence leases can last up to 24 hours. Local workspace records remain on your computer unless removed; disconnecting a project does not delete its source folder.

Sales and security records may need to be retained for legitimate record-keeping; we’ll explain any limits when handling your request.
