DIGIKARMI · PRODUCT GUIDE
Your AI accounts. A job for each one.
DigiKarmi connects to the AI accounts you already use through each provider’s own sign-in tools. Give each digital employee a preferred provider and model, then decide which fallbacks are allowed.
Which account connects where?
- ChatGPT: sign in through the original Codex client using an eligible ChatGPT account.
- Claude: connect through Claude Code with an eligible account.
- Gemini: sign in to Google through Gemini CLI. Available models and quotas depend on the account and provider.
- OpenRouter: an optional API-key connection with separate usage charges. It is not covered by a ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription.
Install the connection from DigiKarmi, choose Sign in, finish the original provider flow and return to check the saved connection status. Installing a client does not itself sign you in. An open sign-in window is not proof that authorization succeeded.
Can each employee use a different AI?
Yes. Connect the providers you need on the computer, then choose the provider and model in each employee’s settings. For example, one employee can use Gemini, another Claude and another ChatGPT through Codex. You can change an employee’s choice later. Each provider connection on that PC shares its account and quota across the employees using it; these are not separate subscription logins per employee.
What happens when a limit is reached?
Set the permitted fallback order in AI settings. An alternative must be connected and eligible for your account. Employees pinned to a provider stay with that provider; selecting a fixed model keeps that model fixed. Employees using the workspace default can follow its permitted fallback order. Cross-provider fallback requires your explicit choice because task context may go to another provider. A model listed as a candidate is not a guarantee that your plan can use it: provider-listed and successfully used models have separate status.
DigiKarmi does not automatically replay computer work after tools have acted, since that could repeat an invoice, message or other change. Review the result before retrying interrupted work.
Do I need to pay for another AI model?
Not when your existing plan includes the supported access you need. DigiKarmi’s software licence is separate. Provider terms, quotas, credits and extra-usage settings still apply. Optional APIs have separate billing; OpenRouter’s displayed rates and your configured per-token ceiling help you choose, but are not a guarantee of total task cost.
Check current eligibility with the providers: ChatGPT and Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI authentication. DigiKarmi is independent of these providers.
Where does the work run?
The DigiKarmi workspace, project folders and desktop controls run on your computer. Relevant messages, selected files, screenshots and tool results may be sent to the chosen AI service to perform a task. Local installation does not make a cloud AI account offline or keep all processing on the PC. Read the data overview.
Next: prepare your PC or choose a useful first workflow.
