DIGIKARMI · PRODUCT GUIDE

Send the instruction. Review the result.

DigiKarmi connects WhatsApp instructions to AI employees running on your Windows PC or Apple silicon Mac. Start with one repeatable task, provide the right context and agree on what needs your approval.

The examples below are suggested workflows, not customer testimonials or proof of compatibility with every application.

For an owner: prepare a daily business summary

You ask: “Use today’s exported sales file. Summarise totals, flag missing entries and send me the draft.”

Give the employee access to the export folder and explain the columns and reporting period. It can read the file, calculate a summary and identify questions. You check the figures against the source before sharing or using the report for decisions.

For an employee: research while you stay with the customer

You ask: “Compare these three suppliers, include the source links and tell me what still needs confirmation.”

The employee can browse websites and prepare a comparison on the work PC. Specify the product, region, quantities and criteria. Review sources and current quotes before placing an order; research is not permission to buy.

For a shop: work with software that has no API

You ask: “Open the billing software and find the stock for this item. Show me the result.”

With enabled PC access, the employee can observe the screen and use mouse and keyboard. First validate the exact application and task using sample records. Login prompts, administrator windows and unusual screens can require the owner. Keep approval steps for creating bills, changing stock or modifying accounts until the actual process has been tested.

For a website owner: connect an existing project

You ask: “This folder contains my website. Understand the project and suggest the change before publishing it.”

Select the code folder and review the eligible file list. DigiKarmi asks about the project, deployment, access and expectations, then keeps confirmed context and unresolved questions in readable Markdown. Common secret files are excluded, but review is still necessary. Connecting a folder does not authorize a live deployment.

For an individual: organise a repeatable task

You ask: “Every Friday, prepare a draft summary from this folder and ask me before sharing it.”

Set the schedule, timezone, input folder and review requirement. The execution PC must be online with DigiKarmi running; desktop actions need an unlocked, signed-in session. Check the task history for missed or failed runs. A schedule cannot make a shut-down PC execute work.

Who is allowed to give instructions?

You configure the owner, employee responsibilities and WhatsApp reply rules. You can limit replies to selected groups or groups containing specified participants. Ordinary customer messages cannot grant PC access or rewrite the owner’s permissions. Give each employee a clear job instead of enabling replies everywhere.

The current WhatsApp connection is an experimental linked-device integration, not an official Meta Business API service. Platform changes may interrupt it. Read about WhatsApp setup and rules.

What should I set up first?

  1. Choose a spare PC if possible; a personal PC works too.
  2. Activate your licence and run the PC and browser checks.
  3. Connect your AI account and a separate WhatsApp number for the employee.
  4. Describe the job, authorised people, files, schedule and approval rules.
  5. Try a sample task, inspect its result and adjust before relying on it.

You can give instructions in your preferred language; quality depends on the model and language. Choose an AI connection and read the PC setup guide.
