A digital employee you can message.

DigiKarmi connects an AI employee to WhatsApp so an authorised person can give instructions in ordinary language. You choose who can instruct it, which conversations it can join and what needs approval.

How WhatsApp instructions work

Create an employee for a specific responsibility, such as drafting customer replies or helping with website work. Describe the job, answer the setup questions and review the resulting instructions and rules. Link its WhatsApp number using the phone-code or QR flow in the app.

Owners are identified using the saved owner phone numbers and available WhatsApp identity information. An unknown sender is not treated as an owner just because they claim to be one. Ordinary customer messages cannot grant computer access.

Reply only in the right groups

You can select groups, exclude groups, require mentions or replies, set quiet hours, and require any or all specified people to be members. For example: “Sirf un groups mein reply karna jahan main aur Ravi dono hain.” Review the phone numbers and saved rule before enabling replies.

These saved rules are enforced separately from the employee’s written instructions. Missing or uncertain group-member identity is not guessed. Start with approval for every reply and check actual group behaviour before enabling automatic replies.

Approvals in normal language

Owners can approve or stop work using plain language such as “haan”, “nahi” or “ruk jao”. When multiple requests are pending, reply to the particular approval message so the employee knows which action you mean. Review the recipient, message or task before approving it.

Can it work on my computer from WhatsApp?

Yes, authorised owners can request computer tasks after PC access has been enabled. Those tasks use a separate execution flow and ask for approval by default. Examples include website research, saving screenshots and working with an existing project folder. The computer must be available for the work. A spare PC is recommended; a personal PC also works.

What should I know before connecting?

The current WhatsApp connection is an experimental, unofficial linked-device integration. It is not an official Meta Business API service, and changes to WhatsApp can affect it. Complete pairing and test reconnects, owner recognition, membership changes and approvals with a consenting dedicated number before relying on it for customer work.

Your own AI provider’s usage limits and charges still apply. DigiKarmi’s licence covers the agreed digital employees and computers; it does not include unlimited AI usage. Read how messages and business context are processed.
