DigiKarmi is licensed desktop software for creating AI employees on your own computer. Give instructions through WhatsApp, connect an eligible AI account and let an employee work with the files, websites and software you permit.
It is for individuals, employees, teams and businesses. You do not need to run a company or write code to create an employee and explain a job.

What is an AI employee?
An employee has a name, a job brief, context, behaviour and reply rules. You assign its AI provider/model and decide which tools it can use. A research employee and a project employee can have different responsibilities and AI choices.
Connecting several providers does not give every employee a separate subscription. Employees share the account quota of the connection they use on that PC. Read about model choices and fallback.
What can it help with?
- WhatsApp conversations: use the job context to prepare or send permitted replies, with owner and group rules.
- Files and research: read selected files, browse websites, capture screenshots and prepare drafts or summaries.
- Desktop applications: use screen observations, mouse and keyboard for authorised tasks, including software without an API where the workflow has been validated.
- Existing projects: connect a code folder, review selected files and build context about purpose, hosting and deployment.
- Scheduled work: set recurring tasks with a timezone and review the task history. The execution computer must be running and available.

How does setup work?
- Contact sales, agree the scope and receive a licence in your account after the sale.
- Install DigiKarmi and activate the key. Choose English or Hinglish for desktop onboarding.
- Review permissions and run PC access tests, including a browser practice task.
- Describe yourself or your business and identify the owner.
- Connect a separate WhatsApp number for the employee and an eligible AI account.
- Discuss the job, clarify expectations and approve the setup before customer work starts.
You can continue the employee briefing through WhatsApp, useful when the execution PC has no microphone. The owner’s contact number and the employee’s linked WhatsApp number have different roles.
What should I not assume?
Desktop control does not certify every billing application or website. Validate your exact tasks with sample data before relying on them. A locked, signed-out or shut-down PC cannot perform interactive desktop work. Some logins and administrator prompts need the owner.
The current WhatsApp connection uses an experimental linked-device integration. It is not an official Meta Business API service and platform changes can affect it. DigiKarmi is independent of WhatsApp, OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.
Who owns the decisions and the data?
You choose the job, allowed people, tools and approval rules. Relevant task context can be processed by your chosen AI provider even though the workspace lives on your computer. See permissions and data boundaries.
How are licences and updates handled?
A licence covers the agreed devices, employees, duration and purchased major versions. V1.x updates belong to a V1 entitlement; a future V2 can be sold separately. Licence revocation stops licensed operation. Review the Terms & Conditions, including the highlighted installation-integrity clause, before activation.
